Hog Roasts low & slow cooked over a proper charcoal fire, you can't rush these things, a 60kg pig will take appx 8 hours to cook. The result is a smoked, tender uniquely flavoured meat thats not possible to achieve over the gas. Served in a locally made fresh soft flour topped bap with apple sauce & stuffing, salad bowls & red slaw.

Hog roaster is also available to hire for £150 per day. You must source your own pig (we can give you a list of suppliers) and source your own charcoal (we can do this for you for extra charge)
